This policy applies to the shop site shop.nina-hoemmen-coaching.de. For the main website nina-hömmen-coaching.de, the privacy policy published there applies.

2. The essentials first

• This site sets no cookies.
• There is no tracking and there are no analytics services.
• There is no customer account and no contact form. The shop itself does not store any of your personal data.

3. Hosting (server logs)

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the site is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser identifier) in order to deliver the site and to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are also in place. Log data is retained only briefly.

4. Purchase via Digistore24

When you buy a digital product, you are redirected to the order form of Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim. Digistore24 is the seller of the products and is independently responsible for the data processing that takes place there (order, payment and invoicing data). The Digistore24 privacy policy applies. Your data leaves this site only when you are redirected there.

5. Personal download delivery

After a purchase, Digistore24 redirects you to our thank-you page. In doing so, Digistore24 passes your order data (first name, last name, email address, order number, order date) to this site in signed form so that we can issue your personal copy: when you download the purchased PDF file, it is marked with your name and email address as a dedication line. This processing is carried out to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the marking of the file is additionally based on our legitimate interest in protecting the content against unauthorized sharing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Important: Your order data (name, email address) is processed only transiently at the moment of download and is not stored. The only thing stored is a download record per order number (order number and time, without name and without email address), so that we can technically enforce that each file can be downloaded only once (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These records are deleted no later than 12 months after the purchase. The download link is valid for 7 days.

6. Publisher and retailer (printed book)

For the printed book, this site links to the publisher Books on Demand and to Amazon. When you click, you go to their websites, where the privacy policies of the publisher or the retailer apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise them, contact the controller named above; no particular form is required. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. with the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony).
