Withdrawal & purchase
How your purchase works and how to withdraw
This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding: German version.
Who is my contracting party?
This site is a shop window: it presents Nina Hömmen's offerings but does not process any payments itself. Depending on the product, you conclude the purchase contract with one of the following providers:
- E-book, reflection journal, meditations, cards, audio and audiobook are bought through Digistore24. Your contracting party and the seller is Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, which distributes the products in its own name and for its own account (reseller model). Digistore24 handles payment, invoicing and delivery. That is why the order form and the bill say "Digistore24".
- The printed book is ordered from the publisher Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg, or from Amazon. The purchase contract is concluded with whichever of them you order from; that party's contract and withdrawal terms apply.
Purchases through Digistore24 are subject to the Digistore24 terms and conditions and its privacy policy. Both are also shown to you in the order form before you buy.
Prices and delivery
All prices are final prices. The digital products are sold by Digistore24 in its own name. The invoice you receive from Digistore24 shows the statutory VAT (7% for the book, e-book and audiobook, 19% for the journal, cards, audio and meditations).
Nina Hömmen herself is a small business (Kleinunternehmerin) under § 19 Abs. 1 UStG. This concerns her own services and her billing with Digistore24, not your invoice.
The digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase, with no shipping time and no shipping costs. Only the printed book is shipped, by the publisher Books on Demand or by Amazon, on their own terms.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days for distance contracts. Your contracting party shows you the withdrawal policy that applies to your purchase during the ordering process and sends it to you by email with the order confirmation.
Purchases through Digistore24 (digital products)
Send your withdrawal directly to Digistore24. The easiest way is through its order help page:
Digistore24 order help:
www.digistore24.com/vertrag-kuendigen-widerrufen
There you enter your order number (shown in the order confirmation and on the invoice) and your email address. You can also withdraw informally by emailing Digistore24 support. One sentence is enough, and you do not have to give a reason.
Important for digital content (e-book, audio, cards, journal, meditations, audiobook): The right of withdrawal expires early if, in the order form, you expressly consent to the content being provided immediately, that is, before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at Digistore24 by ticking a corresponding checkbox during the ordering process; it is confirmed to you again with the order confirmation.
Printed book (Books on Demand or Amazon)
For the hardcover, the withdrawal and return rules of the place where you ordered apply. Both inform you about them during the ordering process and in the order confirmation; that is also where you handle any return.
Questions or unsure about something?
If you get stuck or something is unclear, feel free to write to info@nina-hömmen-coaching.de. We will help you get your withdrawal to the right place. However, for the withdrawal itself to be effective, it must be declared to your contracting party (Digistore24, or Books on Demand or Amazon).
