Who is Nina Hömmen?
Nina Hömmen is a certified trauma-sensitive singles and relationship coach, spirit coach, hypnosis coach, Heilberaterin (holistic counselor) and author. She works in Oldenburg, Germany, and online, supports people in one-to-one coaching, leads women's circles and helps couples step out of old patterns. Her training includes hypnosis coaching, spirit coaching, Theta Healing®, Heilberaterin and trauma-sensitive relationship coaching. This shop carries her books, journals, card sets, meditations, audios and the HERZ.REISE app, all in German.
What does Nina Hömmen work with?
With the same themes that shape her coaching: singles coaching, relationship coaching, breakup coaching, couples coaching and spirit coaching. The content is about old relationship patterns and early imprints, the nervous system and emotional safety, self-worth and boundaries, and the feeling of functioning on the outside while it feels empty or restless inside. Are the products suitable for highly sensitive people?
Yes, that is even a focus. Nina works a lot with highly sensitive people, though not exclusively, and the products are built accordingly: nothing pushes, nothing overwhelms. There are no countdown timers and no artificial scarcity; you set the pace and can stop at any time and continue later. The meditations are calmly spoken, and the journal has only one prompt per day.
What does trauma-sensitive mean for these products?

What is “Zwischen Single-Sein & falscher Nähe” about?
The book (Between Being Single & False Closeness) combines background knowledge with reflection questions and practical exercises. It helps you understand your own relationship patterns and change unhelpful dynamics. The hardcover has 240 pages. The same content is available as an e-book and an audiobook, along with a reflection journal and fourteen guided meditations for the chapters. All in German.
Do the products replace coaching or therapy?
No. They are books, journals and audios for reading and listening on your own. Nina is a coach and Heilberaterin, not a therapist; her work is support, not treatment. If you are looking for personal support, you will find her coaching offers on her main website. In an acute crisis or with an illness, care belongs in the hands of doctors or psychotherapists.
Purchase and delivery
How do I receive the digital products?
By email right after purchase. No shipping, no shipping costs, no waiting. You receive an order confirmation with access to the download.
Which formats do the products come in?
The e-book and all journals, cards and similar products come as PDF and can be read on your phone, tablet, computer and e-reader. The meditations and audios come as MP3, which every device can play. The book is also available in print as a hardcover. All products are in German.
Where can I get the printed book?
Directly from Nina's publisher Books on Demand, where it is available right away with free shipping, or from Amazon. The price is the same everywhere. It isn't sold through this shop because it is already available in both places.
How can I pay?
Through the Digistore24 order form with PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit or Klarna.
Do I need a customer account?
No. This shop doesn't create accounts or store customer data. The purchase runs through the Digistore24 order form.
Legal
Who is my contracting party?
The digital titles are sold by Digistore24 GmbH in its own name. Its invoice to you shows statutory VAT. Nina Hömmen is a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act); this only concerns her own accounting with Digistore24, not your invoice. Nina's own terms (in German) apply to the HERZ.REISE app.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it expires early if you expressly agree in the order form that the content is provided immediately and confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal. The page “Withdrawal and purchase” describes the whole process.
